The location of the hotel is great. It only takes 5 minutes to walk to the beach and the pools are suitable for all ages. The animation team and the service were very nice and took care of everything, even if the service sometimes seemed a little disorganized. Food was ok. Negatives were unfortunately: - The coffee at breakfast (was really bad) - Breakfast was always the same which was a little boring after 10 days - with the exception of the Mexican night, the themes often didn't really fit the buffet (food was also often very similar) - Playground was really nice, but the playground equipment would have to be cleaned a bit better (especially the bouncy castle was a bit dirty) If it were possible I would give 4.5, but so it's more like 4.

Great location (on the shore of a lake, 5-min walk to a splendid beach). Rooms were OK and comfortable. Staff in general was friendly and polite, but the one at the restaurant could have been smilier and friendlier than they were. Not to mention that they assured us of keeping in fridge my birthday cake, but the day after this was unfoundable and they pretended that two pieces of cake, placed one on top of the other, was to be taken as a replacement for my birthday cake. Also on the restaurant - the Italian or Asian nights were anything but what they were supposed to be and during gala evening we barely could pick something eatable. Great animation though and very nice pool activities in the afternoon

Great resort experience just outside of Alcudia! Travelled with 3 young children. The kids club and hotel guides were fantastic!! Rooms and service was great but air condition could have been better in room & common areas to handle the excessive heat. Overall we really enjoyed our stay :)

Absolutely fantastic hotel we have just returned from a 10 day family holiday and would 100% return again. Staff were amazing in every department especially the entertainment crew my daughter layla loved it from the games at the pool to the pirate disco in the evenings. She misses Tamara already 😢. We will be back.

Amazing hotel with very friendly staff. Very close to one of the most famous beaches in the world (Alcudia beach). The water was warm and the beach was super Sandy. The hotel had a very nice swimming and bar area. Loved it and am looking forward to coming back here though in a cooler climate.
